Rich was a breath of fresh air. He helped my family when our AC unit wouldn’t work because the breaker was bad. He came out at 9pm with his lovely daughter apprentice and took care of the problem right away. I could not believe I could get that kind of amazing customer service, much less that quick and late. I am now a loyal customer and plan on hiring him to do some upcoming work. I highly recommend. He’s the best!! Honest, trustworthy, friendly, and customer obsessed. I know my late grandfather who was an electrician sent Rich to us. I know he did, because he treated my family like my grandpa treated his customers. I’m grateful!
